Delete your account

In the app

Open the menu, tap Settings, then Delete account, and confirm. You're signed out on every device, and any AI app you connected loses access.

Without the app

Email support@personaldash.app from the address you signed in with and ask us to delete your account.

What happens

Your account and everything in it (what you logged, your summary, your goals and habits, your conversations with the assistant, and your connected sources) is kept for 30 days and then deleted for good. Sign in again within those 30 days and your account stays as it was. Answers you reported are kept with the report so we can act on it.

Deleting your account doesn't cancel Personal Dash Plus bought on an iPhone: Apple bills it, so cancel it in the App Store as well.
